Careers at Vuch

Published: 2026-08-12Last updated: 2026-08-12

Careers at Vuch mean building B2B software where the stakes are real: our platform combines prediction markets and casino infrastructure for regulated operators, and a bug is not an inconvenience — it can become a regulatory event before lunch. If that sentence excites rather than terrifies you, read on.

Vuch is structured around small teams that own their domain end to end — the wallet team owns the wallet, including its 3 a.m. pages. We pay for craft, we document decisions, and we do not confuse hours with output. The technology stack page shows what you would be working on; the deployment scenarios show how it is put to work.

Integration Manager Delivery Remote-friendly
Technical Account Manager Client Services Remote-friendly

Senior Backend Engineer (Wallet) — own the most protected service on the platform: transactional correctness at scale, strict SLOs, and an event-driven architecture built around an atomic financial ledger. Strong TypeScript/Node.js background expected; deep experience with PostgreSQL and Redis is a plus.

Compliance Officer, Regulated Markets — own rule-packs for a portfolio of jurisdictions: track regulatory change, translate it into platform requirements, and face auditors with evidence rather than assurances.

Integration Manager — run client launches and migrations end to end; part project manager, part systems thinker, fluent with APIs and unafraid of a cutover night.

Technical Account Manager — be the standing technical counterpart for a portfolio of operators: escalations, roadmap alignment, and the person a client CTO actually trusts.

What we offer

Competitive compensation, a hardware and learning budget, and flexible working arrangements. More valuable than any of that, in our view: real ownership, production access appropriate to your role from week one, and colleagues who will happily explain over coffee what test labs and regulators actually require — without being asked twice.

Nothing that fits? Speculative applications are read by humans — tell us what you would own. For applications and full role descriptions, reach us via the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need iGaming experience to apply?
For compliance roles, regulated-industry experience matters. For engineering, we hire for craft — the domain is teachable, and engineers regularly join us from other industries such as fintech and e-commerce.
How does the hiring process work?
A short, structured process: an intro call, a role-specific technical or case interview, and a working session with the team you would join, followed by an offer conversation. We aim to keep it to a few weeks end to end.
Is remote work possible?
Many roles can be worked remotely; location and remote expectations are listed per role, and some compliance positions carry location requirements for regulatory reasons.
